According to the Bureau of Fire Protection , the fire started at 4:51 p.m. and reached the 3rd alarm at 5:07 p.m. The authorities declared fire out at 5:52 p.m.
A rekindling of the fire was reported at 10:55 p.m. but was immediately put out by responding firefighters. Arson investigators have yet to identify the cause of the fire and total amount of damages to properties.
