The Nigerian Youth Coalition (NYC), has disclosed plans to convene a National North and South parley aimed at addressing the issue of rotational presidency in the country.

NYC National President, Aare Oladotun Hassan, who made this known in a statement issued during the week in Abuja, stated that the parley has been slated for Monday, January 16, at the APC Presidential Campaign Council House, Abuja by 11 am.

He said: “However, having won the primary election, we saw a droves of APC Northern leaders decamping to the PDP to give Support to Atiku Abubakar’s Presidential bid, while the candidate himself has not hidden his hatred for power shift to the South by saying that the North should not vote for Yoruba or Ibo candidate. This is a huge taint against the North in the future Nigerian elections.”
