Your claim unfounded, aimed at tarnishing my character – Peter Obi fires back at Umahi

Former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Mr Peter Obi , has described the Minister of Works, Dave Umahi 's allegation against him as unfounded accusations aimed at tarnishing his character. Obi said that claims of incitement by Umahi are baseless distractions, adding that he has always advocated for unity and advancement, refusing to partake in reactionary divisive politics.

However, in a post on his X handle on Thursday, Obi said his focus is on fostering constructive dialogue and inclusivity, rather than engaging in divisive politics. 'Regarding allegations of incitement against the government, I firmly reject these unfounded accusations aimed at tarnishing my character.
