Nobody is above the law, however, the timing is wrong. Nigerians do not want distractions especially as we are preparing for election.
This government must not continue to show their hatred to some sections of the country, it has not been as bad as this
If truly this is coming from you Falana, it means you are a disgrace to Nigeria legal profession.
And order of the highest court of the SAN
Before, don't charge. Now withdraw charges....... Smiles
Enemy of our nation
If not
Let the due process speak not you to the court
How about the grass cutting man ? ... How far have u gone with him Baba?
My problem with you falana you only spoke for the people that pay fist, you are only protecting your interests
It's high time we Nigerians stood for the truth. I see this as a fight between the corrupt judicial system and the state . Nobody is above the law.CJN has admitted he forgot.Let justice take its course.
Like father, Like Son... Stand for Justice!!! rozirozay come see this
Why, is he above the law?
The timing is my major issue, it's too suspicious. But it makes no sense to report a person to 2 organizations where he is the supreme head..no one above him oh....The NJC and the SCON....getting justice go hard
Falana must be very stupid, he’s a corrupt person anyway, and I believe he can’t secured respects anymore, the truthis he far from the truth. “Baba ti je dodo enu e ko Ka odo”mon.
Y sir
Falana needs serious medical examination
Why? If govt couldn't withdraw charges against common man that couldn't even afford to hire a lawyer, why are they going to withdraw charges against him? Let the sword of the law mutilate him if he is guilty... Stop all these arrant nonsense!
Let the CCB do their job, onnoghen shld prove his innocent in court.. when Gej remove salami, CBN gov democracy was not in danger..
Why I'm not in support of u regarding this nobody above the law
SAN Sir... You're been sympathetic with the law
It's safe to say that we are in for an exciting week ahead.
I pity some people here asking “if CJN is above the law”the issue on ground is not about the CJN but it’s about d presidency trying to play a smart game
No need Daddy. Let them continue. When a dog wants to get missing it won't hear the whistle of the hunter. E fi won Le...
I keep asking, this falana is he OK?
nice talk!
Why say so?
Oga Femi why is that?
Buhari receive sense bikonu! 2019 election will b brutal if you continue dis way... Gadafi will b better than you!
Where is Prof Wole our voice must be heard before this regime kill our hard earned democracy.
Does it mean that SANs are above the law?. Any allegation at all, auto be prosecuted.
Why should they ?
Wetin be this?
Although the arraignment of the CJN is illtimed and unprocedural, the question is he guilty of the charges. What the judiciary should propose is when and where should he answer to those charges.
Perhaps you will tell us when to breath or not
Since his appointment why has this issue not been raised? Just few days to the general election, the presidency suddenly remembered that he did not declare his assets, only God knows which hidden agenda they have before coming up with these charges !!
Prolly buhari and his goons re roaring bcs of falz's challenging serial offensive songs... Looking for a puppet who will do their biddings to tame falz and other post election issues...
Before nko?
Now the Almighty Falana finally speaks up.. I wonder what kept him for this long.. But will the APC government fear him ?
I disagree. The judicial procedures in Nigeria are a joke. To say that he can only be tried by a judicial council that he mpst likely appointed is a joke and affront on every Nigerian. All these procedures need to be overhauled. Urgent reforms are needed in the justice system
Voice of reason.
APC has done everything to cover their base on the way to marring the forthcoming elections. 1. Voter suppression(Using INEC) 2. Intimidation and harassment(Using security chiefs) 3. Plant their own man as CJN This is a case of a drowning man clinging onto a straw for survival
Them tie Your Own hand
Anything that will make officialAPCNg to swift into action, that thing isn't in their best interest. Besides, it's only the NUJ who has the constitutional authority to probe the CJN. How many of these public officials goes through with their asset declaration?
This one still have little integrity left in him, not d foolish Sagay.
PMB will never hear God has deafened him so that his fall from power will be disgraceful to him & glorious to God like king, Herod, Pharaoh
No man is above the law, if he's charged or alleged to have commited whatever let him go and clarify issues after all he is a lawyer.
Why?is he above the law?
It's a pity that those entrusted to protect our democracy are destroying it. May all borders be closed from now so they don't run away.
I'm happy to hear SAN Falana is on this issue. We (2nd class citizens) need strength not fear.
Why? Is he above the law?
So much noise around, the man should do the needful, what's wrong with that!!!
At last!!!!
Thank you Falana sir
How did buhari make him forget to declare his assets? The man is man enough to take responsibility of his mistakes. Ona brain day under Ona leg?
These are people that killed our judiciary. Declare your asset.
A deadly game to disrupt and heat up the Polity.
Are we still in democracy or military regime. It surprise me that a president that doesn't have waec certificate will do what he likes on cjn.
Go and represent him
This is a tyranny and dictatorship government in a democratic uniform, this is not how it’s been done in a proper democratic system, President Buhari must stop intimidating our judges to serving his personal political interests, Nigerians it’s time to wake up or we all PERISH....
The temple of justice has been desecrated by infertile minds in the presidency.
