Lagos State government through its Environmental Sanitation Corps , yesterday, arrested 13 miscreants and 57 others for crossing the highways without using pedestrian bridges. Lagos State government through the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources has commenced the removal of all contravening structures under the system 1 drainage channel midstream Ojota and Ogudu.
