Niger State government has assured of the completion of ongoing projects across the state before the expiration of the administration in 2023.

The Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Mamman Musa, made the promise while inspecting the remodelling of the General Hospital, Kontagora.

Musa explained that his ministry embarked on the project assessment exercise across the state to ensure that projects awarded to contractors by Governor Abubaker Bello administration met specification and benefit the citizens of the state. “All the projects’ assessment will be communicated to the governor to expedite action on where sanction can be apply,” Musa said.

He lauded the contractors handling the General Hospital remodelling project and urged them to speed up. The commissioner disclosed that the governor implemented the projects to improve the living standard of the people.
