The reality of General MBuhari’s railway to Niger Republic is that the money is from a Chinese loan. Niger will enjoy the benefit. Nigeria will bear the cost. If we cant pay, China will come for Nigeria’s foreign reserves, not Niger’s. Think deeply about this!
