A statement on Monday by DSP Bright Edafe noted that the personnel acted in an unprofessional manner unbecoming of police officers.
Edafe called the officers’ conduct “inexcusable and unpardonable”, adding that rope is not a police accoutrement and should not be used by in whatever guise.
