In a viral video circulating on social media, The Deputy Governor of Kaduna Sabwuwa Balarabe can be seen carrying a bucket of water to help put out the raging fire while the fire service was allegedly being expected.
The deputy governor, who is decked in a white flowing gown, is surrounded by her security detail while some aides film her rushing to the scene. Two dormitories – Nana House and Khadija House – were reportedly razed in the fire incident. All the student mattresses and provision stuff in the dormitories were said to have been burnt completely.
Show of shame! Should we assume Kaduna State government does not have fire fighting trucks? Sadly, the security personnel are causing more distractions to genuine efforts to quench the fire by acting out this Kannywood script!
