urse Eunice Lee prepares to give an injection of the Covid-19 vaccine to a health care worker at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Westwood, California on December 16, 2020. The US Food and Drug Administration said Thursday it was working with Pfizer to revise a fact sheet for recipients of the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine after two people had allergic reactions.
Doran Fink, deputy director of the FDA’s division of vaccines said: “All of these individuals were treated with appropriate medical intervention and thankfully, all are recovered or recovering. He added that US authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, were investigating the two cases and working with Britain to better understand two similar cases that occurred there.
To this end, he said, “FDA is working with Pfizer to further revise the fact sheets and prescribing information for their vaccines to draw attention to CDC guidelines for post vaccination monitoring and management of immediate allergic reactions.”
Hmm. Its science. It can't be perfect. It's bound to happen. Atleast the percentage of those that are not allergic to it is few. So let's hope for the best.
Mustapher Boss as the chairman of PTF on Covid should take the vaccine first then followed by NCDC DG, both ministers of health and all the members of National Assembly.
Test it on all our politicians first.
