Speaking on Friday at UBA’s Annual General Meeting in Abuja, Mr Elumelu assured shareholders and investors of the bank’s commitment to achieving the recapitalisation target. He emphasised that UBA maintained cost discipline, with operating costs rising in line with guidelines.
