Two killed in fresh Kaduna community attacks - Punch Newspapers

The Kaduna State Government says some bandits in separate attacks invaded two communities in Giwa Local Government Area of the state, killing two persons.

The state Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Aruwan, who stated this on Friday, said the bandits first attacked Rugan Mati, a Fulani settlement and shot one Shuaibu Mati to death. Aruwan continued that the bandits stormed another settlement known as Tudun Amada Wazata in Kadage in the same council and killed one Samaila Mai Yankan Katako in his house.Aruwan said, “security agencies have reported to the Kaduna State Government that two people were killed in separate attacks by armed bandits in Giwa LGA.

“According to the reports, armed bandits invaded a herder’s settlement Rugan Mati, and there shot one Shuaibu Mati to death. “Furthermore, bandits invaded Tudun Amada Wazata in Kadage, and killed one Samaila Mai Yankan Katako in his residence.”
