A yet-to-be-identified truck driver has lost his life during a crash at Agric bus stop, in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State.

“The accident was attributed to a brake failure, loss of control that led to the crash of the truck and its 40ft container on the main road, hitting the BRT demarcation and pedestrian bridge pillar, which effectively shut down the entire expressway.

“The trapped truck driver in the cabin who lost his life in the incident has been extricated with light duty rescue equipment in the ongoing operation and duly handed over to officials from the State Environmental Health Monitoring Unit.” The agency directed motorists plying the axis and those with the intent of traversing the area to make use of alternative routes while the operation was ongoing. All rights reserved. 2023: I have no plan to relocate Nigeria's capital to Lagos, says Tinubu - Daily TrustAsiwaju Bola Tinubu, Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has dismissed the rumour that he has a plan to relocate Nigeria’s capital to Lagos State. Anybody who will believe such a rumor must be naive. It was easy for IBB to relocate the capital to Abuja bcus he was a military dictator . It won't be that easy for a civilian to do. The NAS must approve it for it to happen & it won't be easy . I have a plan to relocate Nigeria’s capital to Abia state.. Amen 🙏🏾 You won’t be president talk more of relocating the seat of power to Lagos.
