One Mr. Theophilus Ozoemena has passed away amid an ongoing divorce scuffle with his estranged wife, Vivian Ozoemena.

According to reports, the marriage had packed up in 2019 with the children being kept in the custody of the wife.

It was gathered that as the siblings of the late husband, pointing accusing fingers on the wife, she also started blaming them for her husband’s demise. The deceased’s relatives further alleged that Vivian has since the demise of their brother been harrassing their family with the police, while her husband remains unburied.

A relative of the deceased, Jane Uchendu, said she does not understand why police would harass, arrest, and detained her arbitrarily over the death of my own sibling when I am mourning such an irreparable loss, adding that she will approach the court for redress. Reacting to the allegations Vivian denied harassing the family, insisting that she is the one being victimised whilst promising to give more details soon.
