chieftain in Kogi State Dr. Hadiza Ibrahim yesterday said the Tinubu administration is on course, urging Nigerians to support it in its determination to reposition the country.
She lamented Tinubu’s past efforts at supporting the push for good governance in Kogi through his support for the Abubakar Audu/James Faleke ticket, which never saw the light of the day. She said she participated in the 2015 znd 2019 governorship primaries to prove that he was fit for the position of governor because of her education, experience and contributions to the party.
Hadiza recalled that she convinced delegates from Kogi to the presidential convention to support Tinubu, adding that the position she took never went down well with the power that be in the state. Hadiza said she has always known her onions, recalling that she once contested for president in the Peoples Democratic Party along with former President Umaru Yar’Adua.
Hadiza reflected on the face off between Yahaya Bello and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission , saying that it is unnecessary.
