The Director-General, Voice of Nigeria, Mr Osita Okechukwu, who is a foundation member of the All Progressives Congress, shares withhis views on the 2023 elections and the recent declarations of interest in the presidencyan event in December 2021, you urged the National Leader of your party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, to jettison his presidential ambition and back a younger candidate from the South-East, how did his eventual declaration come to you; were you...
Mine is simply persuasion. Please deeply examine the huge solidarity that would be generated in the south and by extension the entire country if Asiwaju had said let me go by the Hadith Golden Rule and support any south-easterner of choice. That could have resonated and carved his name in gold. I wish him the best of luck. At any rate, our great party, the APC, is not averse to zoning. In fact, zoning was one of the factors which enhanced our victory in 2015.
No division meant at all, but as the scripture says, there is time for everything. This time is for our big brother to uplift and unite the south and by extension our dear country. Asiwaju’s support for anybody from the South-East will forever unite the two brethren, and that will be a huge milestone. If I am Asiwaju and Ndigbo had been president for eight years and now vice president for almost eight years, I will canvas for the Yoruba.
The Senate Chief Whip, Orji Uzor Kalu, has said he might consider contesting the presidency if the APC zones the ticket to the South-East, are you optimistic the party would zone it to the region?
These our brothers will not stop exposing their political deficiency daily... Haba!!! 🤷🏽♂️
This smacks of mental laziness. The South-East should rather work for the ticket, than cut corners.
Let's see the SE candidate first
See talk...
That means his name is presently carved in Silver. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Even if Tinubu does this and the presidential ticket of the APC goes to the SE, and PDP zones the ticket to North, how sure are we that the APC SE presidential candidate will get the needed votes in South East? That's the biggest question. Unfortunately there is no time for tials
South east wey no support him movement ?
This entitlement nonsense should stop! Let Igbo go to OfficialPDPNig where they deserve it, vie for presidency there. Meanwhile, let them drop all politics of hate lies, bigot, tribalism and embrace love and peace, maybe in 8 yrs time....
Okechukwu, you will work hard earned hard but you will not eat it. Another person will eat it and golden ring will be ur compensation, Amin.
After hating on him without them knowing the reason why they are hating on him. They should gettout😕
Let him carve it in wood...we love him that way
Why would he want to do that when his name is already carved in platinum?
Şe Tinubu wa ję asiniwaye ni? Is Tinubu an escort that must keep helping others to attain power? He is called Asiwaju for a reason, he has sacrificed and invested in lots of people to achieve their ambition. It's now his turn to shine in the sun, y'all should rally round him now.
Does it make sense if only Tinubu support the East and the South West didn't support?
You want him to sacrifice , has he not sacrificed for you lots , now is the time for you to sacrifice for him. He already carved his name diamonds , platinum and gold .
Igbo man will never be president in Nigeria again, with what they did to our founding fathers, the way they killed them humiliate them in public, they killed Tafawa Balewa, sardauna of sokkoto, and many more of our leaders.
A MUST WATCH: LISTEN TO WHAT OBI CUBANA SAYS ABOUT THE DRUG RUMORS AND HOW HE IS GOING TO HELP THE PURE WATER GUY WHO SHARES MONEY TO PRISONERS 👇👇
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Who and who are the sculptors, I think the reverse is the case for SE. The real, genuine Igbo businessmen in Lagos will understand better.
Who will do the carving?
You will do yourself and any South-East contestants a lot of good if you're saying this from APGA
Tinubu will carve his name in gold if he becomes the next Nigeria President
The question is why must he support? You guys have been doing all sort of emotional blackmailing because you don't have the mind of your own,you simply can't do without his support instead of fighting it out with him; you are begging for support. Is that not low self-esteem.shior
Okechukwu ko, Isalekeku ni. If all you no kofo danu and go and meet PDP and Atiku.
If only they are still believing in one Nigeria
The south easterners separatist illusion is their undoing
Jokers....what stupid sacrifice is this. Tinubu for President come 2023.
Your emotional blackmail won’t work. You can’t be working at PDP and expect to be paid at APC. Nominating someone from the SE by the APC will sound the death knell of the party. The people will still vote PDP, though the candidate is a Fulani. Let them stay with their PDP abeg.
Calvin Klein ni... South East will carve their in gold if they support tinubu
Oga osita his name is already on Diamond history of Nigeria and Africa politics so no need for your political statement 2023 is a very free choice for everyone to contest so abed make Una drop this zoning wahala of a thing. Every region shld put its house in order first!
Whatever he supports, his name and that of his family is messed up forever! Abi what are you people talking about!!? 😏
Who carve help?
Whatever he supports, his name and that of his family is messed up forever! Abi what are you people talking about!!? 😏
You know you all need the master mind of this game. How I wish his game was 100% clean! Oh well. No one is
Gold ko silver ni: South East could only get presidential ticket in PDP and never in APC and can not smell Aso rock as at now
Your mumu never do.
But his selfish nature won't let him.
The Igbo should focus on getting the PDP ticket, before talking of talking Tinunbu to step down Fair is fair
U guys are just too funny pls right now his name is in what oh? Anyway go and mobilize, present ur candidate and let met in d pool
Did someone tell you he's a sculptor?
ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU'S NAME IS ALREADY CALVED IN GOLD THAT IS WHY WE SUPPORTING HIS MANDATE COMES 2023 PRESIDENCY.
You people were enmeshed in abusing other tribes, calling Nigeria a zoo instead of building bridges. Now you want Tinubu to support South East for the President of which country?
Tinubu that doesn't know the road to the SE.
I don't think igbo are still ready for the seat of president. They have to learn politics more
TINUBU s also 4rm Southern part of Nigeria. If we r 2 look at ur proposal then North East n North Central should also be given d chance 2 produce president. It will b difficult for any South Easterner 2 sell himself out 2 other Nigerians. How n what s he going 2 campaign with?.
Lol rubbish
The message is either idiomatic or idiotic considering individuals human right under our constitution.
