The governorship candidate of the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP) in Imo State, Hon Uche Ben Odunzeh, has stated that there must be no form of voters’ intimidation, ballot-box stuffing, and electoral malpractices during the November governorship election in the state.

Odunzeh added that he was committed to addressing the pressing issues faced by the people of the state which had been neglected by the incumbent administration of Hope Uzodinma, who had a “grip on power.”

The state governorship election comes up November 11, with same exercise to be conducted in Kogi and Bayelsa states. “Odunzeh has vowed to address these issues head-on and to ensure the implementation of a transparent and accountable electoral system before, during, and after the election.
