The subtle betrayal of the laws established to control the excesses of our public officers by the ex- Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, should be considered carefully.

Indeed, I am behind those who suggested that all the judges in the federation should all be investigated and possibly tried in order to purge our judicial system of other bad eggs. For now, I hail the Code and Conduct Tribunal for the historic judgment. I pray that such fairness will be sustained by all the judges in our courts.
