According to a Police report, one Yahaya Issah reported at C-Divisional Police Headquarters, Oja-Oba that he received a phone call from his wife, claiming the defendant has raped his six-year-old daughter.The police report further disclosed that Issah met his daughter with clothes soaked in blood and blood was coming out of her private organ when he got home.
