Military dissociates self from call to overthrow government – Daily TrustThe Defence Headquarters (DHQ) on Tuesday dissociated the Armed Forces of Nigeria (AFN) from the circulation of document, calling for the overthrow of the democratically elected government led by President Muhammadu Buhari. In a statement issued by Navy Capt. The 4 years of Buhari's regime has opened up all the old wounds of tribal difference and dominatn Nigerians are now more divided than even during and after the civil war. A man that loves only his tribe and religious adherents is the least person to govern a heterogeneous country like Nigeria. To save Nigeria from disintegration, Buhari should be advised to resign. The Military itself has been politicized. What difference would it make if the call was true?
