The military high command should not put soldiers for too long in the front lines. They need to be changed so that they can reunite with loved ones
Please address PTSD. Let them not stay longer on the battlefield than the due time! Cc: HQNigerianArmy DaFreshDeltaBoi
Stress is setting in.
PTSD or an unrepentant Boko Haram infiltrator.
This is PTSD and we have a government that is not ready to end insurgency anytime some. No welfare for the soldiers at the battle front.
Both the Military & their counterparts are killing the wrong guys 🙅
That Soldier must have been a repentant Terrorist
It is simply.. that must have been one of the 'Repentant' boko haram that was enlisted in the army
Post traumatic stress disorder is the cause of these happenings. Kindly rotate and change those that have overstayed at the war front and send them for rehabilitation before incorporating them into the society
And the message is?
That may be his mission before he joined Nigeria Amy.
What does the health care of our soldiers look like? How regularly do they have a psyche evaluation to check their fitness for the job? Do they even have a health care plan or regular psyche evaluations? These are questions the Nigerian army has to answer. TBI &.PTSD are real.
PTSD PTSD PTSD
Whereas house of senate and house of reps are earning in year more than these soldiers will ever earn in a life time.....these is crazy... Nigeria is a failed experiment tbh 😠
This man is devil
Buratai_COAS your incompetencey is contributing to all of this
There is more to this than that which meets the eyes. what triggered this action?
Most of these soldiers are now suffering from Post Traumatic Stress disorder. They need rehab more than the BH u people are giving rehab.
There's more to this than meet the eyes
90% of people replying here did not read this tweet. just talking trash!!
I hope they 'Rehabilitate' him and grant him amnesty... same accorded to the terrorists... besides he is a servicing personnel... What a sick country 🤦♂️🤷♂️
We have launched our restored ancient Voodoo on them. Henceforth, they will all go insane. Zombies everywhere
When the military administration is in shamble, the boko haram members recruited into the military are carrying out the task assigned to them.
Very unfortunate but I think there's more to it. Meanwhile, what's the use of the news to members of the public if the names of victims and perpetrator are withheld? That makes it more suspicious but in the end there shall be light and the wicked shall fade away
Buratai should resign now with these now happening
RIP fallen ones. Your country failed you.
This Is What’s Called Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD); If We Can Create An Agency For Repentant Boko Haram Members, I Think These Soldiers Deserve More
When the soldier heard the boko haram that he managed to catch have been released, while the ones in Chad have been executed, he loses it asking 'why he has been working invain for?'.
Imagine
Boko haram members in Nigeria Army uniform
Must of them are under spell
Anticlimate stage be this Ooooooooooo!
Effect of nepotism in the Armed Forces. I really pity our soldiers. Government has been dishonest and has failed our gallant men. May God almighty fight for our soldiers.
That's what you get when you incorporate Boko Haram into the military.
This has nothing to do with mental health... It's just Boko Haram member recruited into the army that killed this soldiers and self... U
Buratai is the best COAS ever in Nigeria 🤣🤣🤣🤣, I always laugh in Greek o o o
Either it's PTSD or a Boko Haram plant.
Hummm inside job to eliminate the best bring in so called repented boko haram into the army to wipe them internally all in disguise ,burantia why? Proper investigation needed
Poor walfare for these men is one the problem. Our govt. need to look at the template use by USA on how their soldiers are been treated.
PSTD is real bro.
Depression..... Most of these men are mentally sick.... When they hear terrorist are been treated & fed like kings..... The reaction would tell
Effect of collective/complex trauma yet Buratai and his cohorts don’t see the need to support the mental health and well-being of soldiers! Rather “repentant” Boko Haramists are being groomed to engage in active politics! SMH 🤦🏾♀️
Yes maybe their hands are soiled too. Those that live by guns dies by guns
These soldiers need psychological help. Their mental health has been really traumatized. They need to be reshuffled more frequently
Is he boko haram sympathizer or what?
These are the repentant BH u guys are releasing into d society nau or shud I say is a mental disorder🤔
the soldier shot 5 2died n d shooter making 3dead while 3others are still alive
And their oga at the top want to rehabilitate boko haram
The gods are Angry with NIGERIA
Recently one came back from war front to Ede, he stabbed his wife and a fellow soldier before others pinned him down. Soldiers from war front need psychological attention too. Their health matters. FG should take it important
He should have gone to the FEC meeting instead of taking out his frustration on his innocent colleagues.
PTSD is real..... This men deserves more. They are going through a whole lot
Could be an ex suicide bomber who was absorbed into the military.
Suicide soldier! Could it be one of the repentant Boko Haram recruited into the army?
Hmmm
PTSD
I enjoin to further dig deep into this unfortunate incident. The statement by the HQNigerianArmy spokesman is very TERSE. Shalom
This is what happens when u recruit terrorists into Army.
Nigerians both home and abroad are solidly behind MBuhari 100%. Ride on President Muhammadu Buhari. Your haters shall continue to be in severe pain. In Shaa Allah!!!
That should be a recruited boko haram not a typical Nigerian soldier my friend..😑
PTSD MentallyAwareNG victorr_ugo could help here
Depression, lack of care and lock down from seeing their loved ones
Repentant Bokoharam
This is bound to happen cause you we now have terrorist and suicide bombers among them.
He's overwhelmed with the magnitude of the battle and was depressed. Never thought it could happen to an African Service member. Because, it's common with Western world service members.
An army that is divided against itself...
Non-Fulanis still taking orders from Fulani terrorists or working in any way for evil onenigeria continuity is not only foolish but will end in terrible Shame or Dead! Such people will die for NOTHING & will Never be mourned! Heroes/Heroines are those helping to EndEvilnigeria!
The frustration is just too much that even a saint turned into a soldier can't bear it,Buhari has so much blood in his hands in his quest to rule by all means
Too bad, he was tired of frustration by Boko Haram and poor welfare by Army.
what is the reason behind the killing, we have to know
He's had enough!
Really? Abi he be BH mole b4?
He prefer killing his fellow army and commit suicide instead of boko haram to come slaughter them like cows
Wow that is home match with 4 direct score ... Cursed Nationa
Depression..fire service chiefs..NO..ok naa😣😑😐
Let them continue to recruit repentant boko haram members into the NA.
Confused... but if na civilians, muscle go Dey rise
Most of the Soldiers in the NE are TRAUMATIZED! Some of them are really depressed for been in the NE longer than they should. HQNigerianArmy need to look into this, and help it’s men. This is an unfortunate situation but these are the people who truly need rehabilitation!
Our soldiers need to be rehabilitated, not Boko Haram. We take lightly the issue of mental health especially among our soldiers prosecuting the war. The soldiers need mental reevaluation, counseling an rest 😪
If you ask me I would say he was one of the rehabilitated BH members that was brought into the army...that is a typical characteristic of a terrorist.
There is nothing like mental health. It could be a Boko Haram member included into d military, maybe they have refused d soldier from going home to see his families, lack of good guns to fight the insurgents, maybe d commander doesn't care abt their wellbeing. GodBless9jaMilitary
Aside from physical welfare, is there any provision made for psychotherapy for these soldiers? Many of them suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or some other maladies as a result of these combats which take their toll on their mental health.
That's what happens when somebody recruit BH into Nigeria army. That's sad. How can somebody say ' Repentant Boko Haram?' Terrorists don't repent, as far as I know.
RIP to the death and safe recovery to injured. I think the NA should investigate the cause and prevent any such in the future. God bless nigerian Army
Fighting a war that's not theirs
That is suicide Soldier. God save Nigeria.
Why won't their psyche be messed up when there is no end in sight, no sincerity, welfare zero.
Some soldiers were made to stay in the war zone for more than 5 years instead of the normal 6 months.
Might not be unconnected to PTSD!!!!!!!
Rehabilitated/Repentant Boko Haram kills 4 colleagues, self. This is not just the beginning but rehearsal for our repentant Boko HBoys.
Mental health matters. Government should give this guys a much needed break. Come home, mingle with family friends and relatives before going back north. The heat alone sef in lagos, how much more borno....
Why did he do so?
Ptsd
