Nigeria's labour union says civil servants in all 36 states across the country and the Federal Capital Territory , Abuja should be prepared to go on a strike.

The Trade Union side of the Joint National Public Service Negotiation Council after a meeting also reviewed downward its demands from 66.66 percent to 30 percent for officers on grade levels 07-14 and 25 percent for officers on grade levels 15-17.
