Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti turned himself in at the Lagos State Police command Headquarters, Ikeja following a video of his assault on an officer which went viral on social media.
While slapping the policeman, the “Afrobeat’’ musician repeatedly asked his victim: “you dey mad’’? .” Kuti while reacting via his Instastory on Saturday said that the officer attempted to kill him and his family members. “He has apologised and I have agreed not to press charges. Make una mind una business make the poor guy no lose him job.”
