The body issued a one-week ultimatum to INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu to give seven million Nigerians the chance to obtain their permanent voter cards .

In a letter dated August 13, 2022, Deputy Director, Kolawole Oluwadare said denying eligible citizens the opportunity to complete their registration will affect trust in the process. SERAP told INEC that failure of the applicants to complete their registration at designated centres “are not sufficiently weighty to justify their exclusion”.

Yes, a lot of people from Delta State have not been able to register because only one location, because of that many that are working can't go line up and leave their workplace. I plead that INEC provides another location for people in Asaba the people are lamenting.

SERAPNigeria The same INEC that conducted the 2019 presidential election?..... They must show they are not biased, so far they seem to have an ulterior motive. They probably want to frustrate the youths to maintain the status quo.

Organized societies need to hold agencies accountable to the aspiration of the masses...
