He added that he had spent the past few months talking to professionals on the security challenges in Nigeria and how they could be better managed.

That's just the solution Agreed. This are the issues we have been running about we don't want to tell ourselves the truth. All current insecurity we are facing eminent from Local level due to the fact that we have neglected our local government living so many remote places ungovernable How? If it is for increased funding then you are wrong. Increased funding without proper accountability is what is fuelling insecurity in the country now
