The Senate had in July passed the Electoral Act Amendment bill with provisions which allowed the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to transmit election results electronically after getting green light on network coverage from the Nigerian Communications Commission
Now we are ready. Now I can campaign for youths to get their PVC. No more excuse about my vote don't count. It will count this time around. Of cos half of those in Abuja are more likely to go back home, they don't have electoral value, they rigged their way there.
