Self-Acclaimed Officer Of Secret Police, DSS Threatening My Life With ‘Fake’ Invitation — Nigerian JournalistA Nigerian journalist and publisher of 234sportsng, Olukayode Thomas, has narrated how a self-acclaimed personnel of Department of State Services , Kwara State Command, identified as Janguza Salisu Hamisu threatened him to show up at the DSS's Ilorin on Monday without revealing the cause of the invitation.
Thomas revealed this in a statement titled, “Publisher of 234sportsng, Olukayode Thomas alleges a threat by a man claiming to be a DSS operative”, and made available to SaharaReporters on Saturday., Mr. Olukayode Abimbola Thomas has revealed that he got a call at about 16.49 hours on Friday, September 9, 2022, from a man with telephone number 07063249244 who claimed to be an operative of DSS ordering him to report at the DSS Office in Ilorin, Kwara State on Monday without giving any reason.
"The journalist also told the man on the phone that the proper way would way have been for the DSS to send a letter inviting him to Ilorin at a date to be agreed between the two parties and that will give Thomas proper time to brief his lawyer.
