A presidential panel on police reforms has agreed to meet the five-point demand of the EndSARS protesters, describing it “genuine concerns” that “will be addressed by the government”.

The forum backing police reform has called for the Inspector-General of Police halt use of force against protesters, unconditional release of arrested protesters and citizens, open communication to establish trust and full implementation reforms proposed by a presidential panel for the reform of SARS.
