The Nation Newspaper Sallah: Defence Ministers, CDS urge peaceful coexistence, patriotism

The Ministers also prayed for Allah’s blessings for President Bola Tinubu Muslims, the Armed Forces of Nigeria and the country.Badaru exhorted the commitment of the Nigerian military to nation building.He said: “May the patience, sacrifices and the good deeds of the month inspire us to uphold good virtues of empathy, brotherhood and resilience.”

“I felicitate and extend my heartfelt wishes of peace, joy and spiritual fulfillment to all Nigerians and our gallant Armed Forces.” He also called on the troops deployed across all theaters of operation to remain “disciplined, resilient, patriotic, and courageous in their service to our great nation.”“ We recognize the sacrifices you make, sometimes at great personal cost, to ensure the peace and security of our nation.

“The Armed Forces of Nigeria belong to all Nigerians, and our collective determination to address the challenges of insecurity is crucial for our national development.”
