The Rivers State government has revoked the contract for the Andoni section of the Ogoni/Opobo/Nkoro/Andoni Unity Road project.
Governor Fubara, while addressing newsmen on Saturday, during the inspection of the road project, stated that the money for the Andoni section of the road has been paid in full to the contractors by the Rivers State Government. He directed the Commissioner of Works to immediately commence the process of revocation of the project and re-awarding it to a serious contractor to complete the road project on schedule.
