A 27-year-old suspected homosexual identified only as Ekpeye has been arrested for allegedly fondling the private parts of two boys on Ekwulobia Street, Mile 3, Diobu, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.Eyewitnesses said the man had walked into a group of children playing and started asking for their names before fondling their private parts.

The sister of one of the victims, Obele Obene, said she and some neighbours saw the suspect through a window.“He was touching their private parts, their penises and breasts, and told them to put their hands on his male organ.Another witness, who identified himself as Chikezie, said the man tried to warm himself into the hearts of the boys by promising to buy phones and bicycles for them.
