A member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Ngbar Benard, has petitioned the Nigerian Bar Association accusing a lawyer, Ibezimako Ude, of unsolicited conditional appearance.
He said the matter was between Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo & 2 others and Hon. Martins Amaewhule & 24 others and the Governor & 2 others.He said: “The action of the lawyer came to me as a huge shock and has caused some damages to me. I have never met and do not know who Ibezimakor Ude is.
