There was serious opposition to the bill by some members over alleged breach of House Standing Rules while working towards passing the bill into law.During plenary, some members of the House drew the attention of the leadership to various rules of the House, which had been allegedly flouted.
I do not understand why they are pushing that bill so urgently,there are so many problems facing this country to tackle. I personally urge those sponsoring the bill to withdraw the bill entirely.A lot of southerners believes there’s more to that bill than meets the eye.
