PublishedTHE House of Representatives has resolved to investigate the alleged exclusion of states, especially Rivers, from projects executed with credit facilities secured by the Federal Government from the World Bank and other global and continental institutions.

Bob made the allegation in a motion titled, ‘Matter of urgent national importance on the need to interrogate alleged exclusion of Rivers State from the list of state beneficiaries of projects to be financed by a fresh World Bank loan.’ “The House is, again, worried that the alleged exclusion is capable of being interpreted as a partisan vindictiveness against the people of the state because of differences of opinion on national issues.”
