All these are organized efforts to discredit the use of PVC cards and card readers for the election. The PVC cards are supplied blank and data is printed on it upon registration. Same process as your normal smart ID card used in the offices all over Nigeria.

That is of no use. At least one thing or the other would be supplied to INEC by someone a Nigerian irrespective of party affiliation. If foreigners supply them we would also cry foul.
