The President of Daura Emirate Development Association and National President of National Association of Katsina and Daura indigenes, Alh. Aliyu Daura, made the appeal in a statement obtained by Daily Trust.According to Daura, the call was necessary as the contract was awarded since 2014 at the tune of about N25.9b but for unknown reason the project was yet to commence.
