‘Pray for your rulers’ — Adeboye expresses concern over rising cost of bread, flight tickets | TheCable

, said Nigeria’s leaders need prayers because when they make mistakes, it is the masses that suffer.

“Maybe we should spend more time praying for our rulers. We know it’s easier to criticise. There are battles human beings cannot fight and win. There are certain battles only God can win,” he said.“Pray for your rulers, because for every mistake they’ll make, it’s the people who will suffer, not them. Why are we suffering? Because we have not prayed. The fault is ours.

“The other day, I was asking how much a ticket from Lagos to Abuja is and they said N250,000. It used to be about N60,000. I asked what happened and they told me. “Let me tell you one thing. It doesn’t matter how much bread costs; there will be bread in Aso Rock. It doesn’t matter how many times the power grid collapses, there will be electricity in Aso Rock.

Establish Bread Bakeries, produce bread and distribute to your Congregation, since you cannot miraculously turn stones into bread. At least, by so doing, we will satisfy the bread need of your Congregation. But then, Man shall not live on Bread ALONE, but on Every Word....

Don't vote APC and PDP is the prayer. Simple

Very respectfully sir PastorEAAdeboye 'pray for our leaders' is wrong theology founded on albeit common misinterpretation of esp. 1 Tim. 2. The primary function of the citizen christian in a democracy is not prayer, but effective participation in the political-policy processes.

We are praying fervently for better replacement😩

Oga go sleep Abeg !!!!

For 62 years we have been praying, I think is we receive sense and apply it

He's yet to openly endorse a Presidential Candidate or condemn this present administration for everything happening in Nigeria.

He should better call a spade , a spade ; not a farm implement. .....speak truth to power !!!

I will keep praying for PeterObi the rest don't need prayers
