Police arrest man for allegedly raping minor

on Wednesday arrested a 35- year-old man, Kelvin Abugu, for allegedly raping a nine-year-old girl in the state.

Mr Salami explained that on May 2, the victim’s mother reported to the police that she saw her daughter passing out blood from her private part. According to him, “the police swung into action and Mr Abugu was immediately arrested and later owned up to the offence”.
