Plateau State Governor, Simon Lalong, on Sunday, visited the recent troubled area of the state following the resurgence of violence leading to the killings of many and destruction of property.

The Governor visited Yelwa Zangam Community in Jos North Local Government Area where over 30 people were killed last week despite the curfew put in place.Lalong met with some of the victims of the attack and they recounted their ordeal, urging the governor to urgently address the food crisis in the community as their grains and farmlands were equally destroyed during the attack.
