For the second week running, businesses were grounded in the southeastern part of the country on Monday despite the suspension of the sit-at-home order by the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra.
From Owerri, Awka to Enugu and Abakaliki, it was the same situation as banks, schools, markets, eateries, supermarkets and shopping malls were under lock and key, with the operators staying at home.
