PDP gave this warning via a statement sent to financial institutions, a copy which was sent to DAILY POST in Ibadan, by its Publicity Secretary, Engineer Akeem Olatunji on Wednesday.
He said, “The Peoples Democratic Party , Oyo State chapter, has described last minutes withdrawals from the State treasury, awards of suspicious contracts, loans, overdrafts and massive employment in the civil service without respect for laid down rules of engagement as a breach of public trust and orchestrated to create problems for the incoming PDP administration of the Governor-elect, Engineer Seyi Makinde.
“PDP berated Governor Ajimobi led APC government for putting unbearable pressures on financial institutions and banks to grant frivolous overdrafts, loans and other instruments immediately Engineer Seyi Makinde emerged as the Governor-elect.
