Updated April 4, 2019The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared the candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party as winners of the Rivers East and Rivers West Senatorial district elections.
The list also contained the names of winners of the State House of Assembly election which held on March 9. A female candidate of the Social Democratic Party , Nwankwo Promise, won the Oyigbo State Constituency seat with 26,675 votes.
