The Presidency has admonished the Peoples Democratic Party to stop dragging it into the party’s “campaign of character assassination” against the president of the Court of Appeal, Zainab Bulkachuwa.
The presidential aide said the campaign was aimed at causing disaffection between the Executive and the Judiciary. “Attacking judges because the outcomes of cases don’t favour you and keeping quiet when the verdict is in your favour smacks of insincerity, double standard and mischief.
The Appeal Court president has no character, so don't even talk of it's assassination. Can she explain why the Appeal Court she presides over, reserved it's judgement in Onnoghen's appeals for 3 solid months?. Which character are u talking about?, character my foot.
I just want to ask one question maybe the lawyers will help us. If a case against a company is brought before an Appeal court and the husband of the appeal court's president works in the said company, will she be left to preside over the case?
Like all their previous strategies .. this too shall fail
How Can A Wife to Liverpool player Officiate Tottenham v Liverpool UEFA Finals? Am Sure Tottenham won't accept it bcoz Their Will be Serious bias in d Officiating... That's what is happening to Bulkachuwa who happens to be a Wife to An APC Senator Elect,
Politics of Calumny, the trade mark of pdp should be condemned not just by OfficialAPCNg .but all well meaning Nigerians. Hon Mary Ukaego Odili (Jsc)- wife of Peter Odili has been at the apex court since 2011 after serving as first lady to pdp for 8 yrs. No comment. No noise
Let's face the obvious. If APC were in the shoe of PDP much more protest and propaganda should have been employed. Fair play demands that Court of Appeal President should disqualify herself from the case.
What character assassination are these people talking about Woman has a husband who just became a senator Son also won a seat under APC And Her brother also just won to under APC How can she be fair? She is biased by blood ( her brother and son ) and by marriage ( husband )
