PDP asks INEC boss to resign over ‘confession’ on card reader

The Peoples Democratic Party has asked the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission to resign over “confession” by two INEC Commissioners; Festus Okoye and Haruna Mohammed on Wednesday, that the “card readers were circumvented” in elections conducted by the commission.
