Surprise there was no exam malpractice section. I’m aware that the teacher’s write all external exams for them. I am a first hand witness. And those exam bodies are aware of this.

Not surprised When I went to North for NYSC The level of Education in the North is below par. Only few students can express themselves in English. The value of Education in North isn't at that level yet I'm not surprised at all
