He directed the Abia State Commissioner of Police, Kene Onwuemelie, to ensure that the officers involved in the incident are duly investigated and anyone found culpable made to face the full wrath of the law.
In a press release signed by Kazie Uko, Otti's Chief Press Secretary, he stated that preliminary information from the state police command showed that one of the officers involved is already in custody and would be made to go through the disciplinary process of the Force and would be charged to court if found culpable.
