The Vice President of Nigeria, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, and the Director-General of the World Trade Organisation, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, have been scheduled to speak at the Davos Agenda 2022.

The Davos Agenda 2022, which is organised by the World Economic Forum, is a virtual event that will take between January 17 and 21, 2022.

According to a statement on WEF’s website, Osinbajo, alongside other world leaders, would deliver a “State of the World” Special Address at the event, while Okonjo-Iweala is among the other speakers. Some of the world leaders delivering the “State of the World” Special Addresses include the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of Japan, Kishida Fumio, President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, Prime Minister of Israel, Naftali Bennett, Secretary-General, United Nations, António Guterres, among others.

Other speakers also include the President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, Director-General, World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Vice-President of the United States and Chairman and Co-Founder, Generation Investment Management, Al Gore, Director, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health of the United States of America, Anthony S. Fauci, among others.
