Political gladiators in the All Progressives Congress (APC) seem to have begun the 2023 presidential campaign, as posters of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State surface in major streets of the state.

Although, the Independent National Electoral Commission is yet to raise the curtain on political campaign for the 2023 elections, the emergence of Osinbajo/Ganduje 2023 presidential posters clearly signals the unprecedented momentum already gathering.

The posters carrying the inscription ‘Osinbajo-Ganduje Alliance , For Better Nigeria, OGA Na Master’ have already taken central spots around strategic locations in the city centre. Leaders of the Alliance Support Group, Messrs Oluleke Moses and Bello Mohammed, stated in Kano that they endorsed the candidature of the duo for a united and better Nigeria.

They said: “We believe that if power rotates to the South, Osinbajo is best placed to unite, heal and inspire our great nation. We also firmly believe that Ganduje’s antecedents as Governor of Kano make him the perfect Northern vice presidential candidate to Osinbajo; one who will advance and protect the interests of Northern Nigeria plagued by poverty and insecurity.”

The group further boasted that, pairing a sitting Vice President from the second largest voting zone in Nigeria with a governor from the largest voting zone in the country could be a political masterstroke for votes in 2023.

Failed ambition

Who no like better thing? Na only Osinbajo i dey see.

The VP is yet to show interest in the 2023 presidential race.

Never again!!!

Osinbajo is the right man but combining him with that corrupt Kano governor's is a failure from the pity of hell

But Osinbajo has never decided or declared his intention on 2023, his current priority is getting Nigeria to be moving forward of which he is doing.

I have been telling a lot of people about this for quite some time now but no one is seeing it from my own side of view. Osinbajo is very loyal to PMB and the northern political leaders have found his loyalty worthy. APC Northern political leaders will massively votes for him

Na everybody wan be Osinbajo's vice
