In a statement on Thursday, the CUPP spokesman and National Chairman of the Action People’s Party , Chief Ikenga Ugochinyere, said that the essence of instigating crisis in the state was to pave way for a state of emergency to be declared in the state.Ugochinyere said the APC was angry over its inability to clinch the governorship seat which was won again by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party , Governor Darius Ishaku, last Saturday.
