Almost a month after the Central Bank of Nigeria forced foreign exchange update platform, Aboki FX, to suspend its operations, the naira has failed to rise on the parallel market although it has stabilised,Worse still, the naira dropped by 2.6 per cent to N422 per dollar, hitting an all-time low on the official market on Thursday.

The platform had denied the allegations but suspended its updates, saying, “We sincerely hope this suspension will lead to the naira appreciation from next week.” Yusuf, who is the Chief Executive Officer, Centre for the Promotion of Private Enterprise, said, “The CBN needs to give the market a chance. Its current approach would continue to deepen distortions in the economy, perpetuate round tripping, fuel speculation, suppress Forex supply and boost underground economy. The problem is not with Aboki FX. It is essentially a policy matter.”

All these is because those who have been chosen to do the work are with empty brain 🧠 and lack ideas. The CBN governor came out and was blaming Aboki Fx for the fall of dollar which is not true. I believe that Nigerians have seen it now. Our hope lies in Biafra.

1) We have rulers with no absolute knowledge of how to tune the economy of our nation yet you expect naira to appreciate. We have rulers with no good or definite economic background. Nigeria is a country we consider rulers based on tribe & religion & still emphasize on zoning.

In a country where exportation is almost becoming a forbidding business with policies that doesn't encourage the availability of dollars, our only access to dollars is to borrow. And now the same set of leaders are fighting AbokiFX. Truly there was a country......

A fallen penis does not rise because you tell am to rise. Do the needful.
